Imprint Digital File Connector

Pitstop Connector is an ID icon that appears on your desktop (like the one on the left). It is preconfigured for our presses, so just click to open and then drag and drop your PDFs into the Connector.

PitStop will pre-flight the files and upload them automatically to our FTP server. If there are errors in the files, PitStop will attempt to fix them and report back to you. If there are errors that PitStop can’t fix, you will be given the option of fixing them yourself or signing them off as acceptable – type in that it’s OK to proceed to proof, and add your name before clicking the sign off button.

Once the icon has changed from red to green, click the send button to upload to our server. It’s as easy as that – no passwords or technical specifications to remember – just drag and drop.
